DECATUR - U.S. Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue said Wednesday that President Donald Trump knows of the stress among farmers concerning markets and trade, but also said it's important to stay strong in negotiations to stop China from "stealing our stuff." He also wants quick congressional approval of a new trade deal with Canada and Mexico.
