DAILY UPDATE
February 10, 2020
Dear Valued Reader,

Jim Pearce is out with some new hype-y ads for Personal Finance that promise you can "grab your share of $1.1 quadrillion" as everyone spends like mad  in the "streaming wars" that are overtaking television.  He says that this company is rolling up competitors and will generate massive returns of 2,049%, but, of course, there's a deadline and  youv'e just gotta buy in before February 20... so what's the story behind the story?  Just click below to...

It trades under a secret name... for just $3.

But thanks to a developing situation involving Donald Trump, America's No. 1 tech company and $10 billion... this may soon be the most talked about stock in America.  Find out more about the "secret stock" here.

In case you missed anything last week, we started out with a strong promise, a stock that we're told has the "first addiction-proof cure for pain."  Ready for that?  Yeah, me too -- but is it real?  Just click here for my take.

It's always fun to think about following the "insiders" who make big and prescient bets on stock, so my eye was drawn to this tease about a biotech "insider" who's betting $350,000 on his own company -- is that a big deal?  Is the company worth a look?  See what I found when you click here.

But nothing beats a monopoly, so the idea of a "virtual monopoly on global communications" being teased by Charlex Mizrahi definitely perked up my ears... he says this is a "David and Goliath" stock that rises above the 5G and IoT hubbub... you can find our story and Thinkolator answers right here.

And my absolute favorite thing is when a newsletter editor invents a brand new term to make something pedestrian and standard seem exciting and mysterious -- so I could hardly resist when Jeff Yastine started pitching us with the idea of "Q Shares" that are ever so much better than regular shares of stock... huh?  Answers here.

We're still getting lots and lots of questions about the "5G Master Key" teaser pitch coming in from E.B. Tucker, and we covered that one a few weeks ago... but the story has actually changed pretty dramatically in that time, so I thought I should post an update for you.  Is the story better or worse than it was in mid-January?  Should we be tempted?  Inquiring minds can click here to learn more.

Last week for your Friday File pleasure, I shared a half-dozen company assessments as part of the Annual Review of my Real Money Portfolio, but also answered some reader questions about Virgin Galactic warrants, about what kinds of stocks I’ll be writing about, and how worried we should be about coronavirus.  Just click below for the full story...
