Thirty combines recently sold on an online dealer auction, and this John Deere S780 with 374 engine hours topped the sale.
 
 
 

Through parts of Indiana, Ohio and into New York, Ken Ferrie saw no drought stress and a few areas that actually had too much rain. The corn looked good, though black layer will be pushed out to October. In eastern Iowa, some of the crops were beyond rain helping them, but in the north-central part of the state, one field had the highest corn yield check of the season.
