'The people that are taking people to healthcare appointments should have healthcare themselves'

Healthcare transportation continues to provide ample opportunities for outside corporate players to innovate the healthcare experience. Now Ford Motor Company, through its GoRide subsidiary, is challenging Lyft and Uber for market share in the increasingly competitive space. I had the chance to speak with Minyang Jiang, CEO of GoRide, about expansion plans and the future of non-emergency medical transportation.
