What's reopening in Cockburn as part of Phase 3?

In-line with the recent government announcement about the easing of Phase 3 restrictions, the City of Cockburn will be reopening its remaining facilities, buildings, amenities and services over the next few weeks, all of which have their own COVID-19 Safety Plans in place. To find out what is reopening and when, see below. For further details visit our website.
Mountain Bike Trails in Manning Park

In 2017, with the help of the community, the City developed the Manning Park Master Plan - a guide for how we enhance the park's amenity, while protecting its environmental values.

One of the recommendations and a key priority for the community was to have a network of well-designed and sanctioned mountain bike trails. The City engaged consultants to undertake extensive consultation with mountain bikers and the community to develop a draft concept plan.
