Somewhere in Australia, Boeing and partners are building a loyal-wingman drone. The fighter-like Airpower Teaming System (ATS), as the drone is called, has large adaptable spaces for payloads.

The intended tasking of the ATS is not confirmed amid a general withholding of information about the program since its public unveiling in February 2019.
