Letter from the Editor

When our Publisher was doing CE programs to medical professionals, I remember he used to ask the question, “If there was a drug you could take once a day with no side effects that lowered your A1c, weight and blood pressure, how much would you be willing to pay?" Once they gave their answers, he would ask, “What if it was free?” It always seemed that everyone wanted to know the answer. He always responded with: 20 minutes of physical activity every day.

Although we say that, the question is: do we really believe it? This week our intern, Milaine Kenguim, PharmD Candidate 2022, South College School of Pharmacy, has an interesting article that proves Steve 100% correct. Check out the evidence for yourself.
