Hey everyone, I hope you are all well. It has been another busy week searching through the archives, and to my delight they yielded an amazing set of photos of some of the old buildings dotted around Preston. A few of the buildings are no longer standing, some have been put to different use, but best of all, a handful are still being utilised for their intended purpose. There's such a rich tapestry of structures in the heart of Preston and this gallery highlights them all. Next up was the weekly delve into years gone by. This time with a look back at 2007. Can you remember what you were doing back then? Perhaps these pictures will jog your memory. There was also a nostalgic look at what the people living in Morecambe, Garstang, Fleetwood and Lytham were up to in 2007. You can see the results here. With school leavers balls still in full swing we continued our glance back at proms of the past with a round-up of nights for Archbishop Temple, Penwortham Priory and Broughton High Schools. And that's all for this week folks. I hope I've brought back some good memories for you. Have a great weekend! Naomi Summer is here! Get 50% off a year's subscription using the promo code SUM50.
