Good Morning. In the wake of the tragic death of a Pinsent Masons partner last year, the U.K.-based firm is rolling out a time-tracking system and resource management tools that will alert managers to employees who record consistently long hours. Also, Canada's McCarthy Tetrault has named its next CEO. And Kirkland & Ellis has added two lawyers in Frankfurt, where the firm launched an office this month as it expands in Germany.
