It starts with a garlic sauce base before getting loaded up with mozzarella cheese, crispy potatoes, bacon, and scallions.


Each slice pairs well with the nutty, toasty flavors in our Paradigm Brown Ale and the maltiness of our Gallowglass Scotch Ale.
