November 2020

Hi John,

It’s hard to believe that 2020 is almost over! This has been a tough year for all of us, and we again hope that you, your family, and your colleagues are staying healthy and safe.

As we move into the final weeks of the year, many of you are likely starting to plan your strategies for 2021. In a world that is still largely working remotely, two techniques will help make strategic planning easier: visualization and collaboration.

In the spirit of collaboration and visualization, we’ve assembled some valuable resources and announcements that you might find of value for your work.

Enjoy!

Visual Project Planning

The future of project planning is visual. Learn how to stay ahead of the curve.

Did you know that 95% of all cognitive information is perceived through sight? Or that the human eye can see visual patterns 65,000 times faster than information in tabular or text form?

These eye-popping statistics are the driving force behind the rise of visual project planning.

To help you harness the power of visualization for your next project, we’ve put together a new eBook titled The Ultimate Guide to Visual Project Planning.

This comprehensive resource for planning and executing projects visually contains:

  • A primer on the concept of visual project planning.
  • An exclusive Project Planning Visualization Toolkit that breaks down the 8 steps you should take to plan a project visually, and the tools you’ll need for each.
  • Real-world case studies of well-known organizations who use visual project planning.
  • And more!

PLUS we’ve included 13 downloadable visual project planning templates so you can get started right away!

How to Future-Proof Your Projects

Plan for the unknown in 2021. Watch this on-demand webinar to find out how.

Changing technology, evolving business needs, economic pressures and global events like COVID-19 can have devastating impacts on your projects. This is especially true if you don’t see these project killers coming, and don’t account for them in your planning.

But how do you plan for the unknown? Visualization techniques like mind mapping and reverse brainstorming help you create a project post-mortem BEFORE your project event starts. This helps you identify and plan for potential disruptions before they even happen.

Want to learn how to future-proof your projects? Watch this webinar from Michael Deutch, MindManager’s Brand Ambassador.
