Anthony Albanese is not the only rental property owner in Australia throwing in the towel and selling up, writes James Kirby.

Developer Lendlease has bowed to investor demands and will exit key offshore markets and return capital to Australia, in a move that will lead to almost $1.5bn in write-downs and cost thousands of jobs.

Dozens of construction projects across NSW have been suspended until further notice after construction group Stevens Construction was placed into voluntary administration.
