If you alter, even by a millimeter, the way people look at reality,
then you can change it. —
 James Baldwin

Hello!

It’s been an eventful week for Californians, particularly for those of us in San Francisco. It’s true that cities in America are almost always in flux, but we in the Bay have been, as they say, going through it. Fortunately, authors like James Baldwin remind us that change is the name of the game. We’re thankful to have voices like his, which encourage us to question our present, conceive of our future, and uncover parts of our past that can somehow explain how we got here. Just reading works like this can inspire necessary change, and for that, we can all be a little proud.
