Brace yourselves - Storm Bert is on the way and there will be amber and yellow weather alerts in place for much of Saturday. The storm front is expected to bring heavy snow, wind and rain. It's not a cheery outlook for the weekend, but hopefully there's enough light in the news offering from us here at The Scotsman to get you into the weekend.
