Resident loses $8,500 in laptop breach fraud: Middleburg Heights Police Blotter
A resident received notice that her IP address was breached. She was told someone withdrew $8,500 on one of her accounts and she needed to withdraw that amount and place it into a nearby ATM. She did.

Intoxicated man attempts to flee after crashing car: Fairview Park Police Blotter
On Dec. 21 a car crash was reported. While officers were arriving, the driver ran away, but was later found and arrested for operating a vehicle intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
