MassMutual rolls out broader mix of paid leave benefits
Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance has expanded its benefits to allow workers to take up to two weeks of paid leave to care for a loved one with a serious health condition, and three weeks for a death, allowing the employee to determine who fits the description of a loved one. A new parental leave plan gives parents up to 18 weeks of paid time off, and the company has added family planning benefits.
