"It might not be immediately obvious the connection [certain skills] have to your work; but more often than not you can develop a narrative around it," says Facebook's head of global recruiting Miranda Kalinowski.

Betty, an Australian White's tree frog, beat out an alpaca, a dog, a cat, an alpaca and a bona fide bunny to become the 2021 Cadbury Easter Bunny and win $5,000. She's the smallest winner in the contest's history, along with being the first female and amphibian. Betty says (I guess she had help with this part) that she wants to "show everyone that our differences are what make us who we are and they are something to be proud of."
