Public health / COVID-19 pandemic ranked fifth in the summer survey, and drove the major concerns around the top four priorities. The Utah Republican Party has prepared a short video showing citizens how to vote by mail. The video is essentially non-partisan and both Republicans and Democrats will find it informative.
