| If you're seeking the latest Dynasty rankings and OTA updates, you've come to the right place. Heath Cummings recently updated his Dynasty rankings for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers. He also identified a couple of players trending up before the 2024 season. However, in his quarterback Dynasty rankings, Heath emphasizes an ultra-talented quarterback who might see his numbers decrease slightly next season. |
| Heath's running back rankings highlight a crop of running backs under the age of 25 who are destined for stardom. Because of the youth movement at running back, Christian McCaffrey checks in at RB5, but according to Heath, he still has at least one good season of RB1-level production left in him. Meanwhile, his updated Dynasty wide receiver rankings identify a potential sleeper who will likely be a recipient of vacant targets left behind by a starter who left for greener pastures in free agency. |

| Now that we know the landing spots of head coaches, offensive coordinators and which quarterbacks they'll be tied to, it's easier to project how productive each quarterback will be. Weapons each quarterback has at their disposal also come into play here. I say all of that to underscore the very reasons Justin Herbert may not be as productive from a Fantasy perspective next season. |

| The Chargers brought in Jim Harbaugh to be their head coach and did all they could to replace Keenan Allen and Mike Williams , but it may not be enough. Harbaugh and offensive coordinator Greg Roman will likely take a run-heavy approach in Los Angeles and given that Herbert's top receivers are Joshua Palmer, DJ Chark Jr. Quentin Johnston, and an unproven Ladd McConkey a run-heavy approach may very well be for the best. Herbert's production may dip some, but they may very well win more games because of their latest philosophical shift. |

| The running back position features 11 running backs in the top 12 who are 25 or younger. The lone exception is Christian McCaffrey who is going into his age 28 season. While Heath predicts that McCaffrey still has at least one more RB1 season left in him, there are plenty of young backs who are poised to break out and Jahmyr Gibbs is my favorite among them. |

| Gibbs is Heath's third overall back, bolstered by his impressive 2023 performance where he finished as RB8 in PPR Fantasy points per game despite limited snaps. Gibbs will also be more involved in the passing game next season, which is big because he already had the eighth-most targets among running backs in 2023. I'm bullish on Gibbs and look forward to seeing what he does in his sophomore season, but there are other young under-the-radar backs such as Zamir White, Tyjae Spears, and MarShawn Lloyd who will likely outperform their ADP. |

| Heath's top riser among wide receivers was Broncos' Marvin Mims, climbing from WR68 to WR44. Mims, a second-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft , thrives as a deep threat with his 4.38 speed in the 40-yard dash, consistently beating defensive backs downfield. Teammate Troy Franklin, a fourth-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, closely trails Mims in rankings. |

| With both speedsters in the mix, the Broncos offense appears primed for explosive plays, pending consistent quarterback play. With Jerry Jeudy's departure to Cleveland and Courtland Sutton potentially leaving, the Broncos must redistribute 177 targets. This opens opportunities for Mims and Franklin to step up and fill the void, presenting them with plenty of chances to contribute at a high level rather early in their respective careers. |

Three things we learned from early OTAs

| Dan Schneier, focused on the two teams that will likely battle it out this season for AFC East supremacy -- the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills. Fantasy managers should take note of the fact that Tua Tagovailoa appears to be throwing with greater velocity. Tagovailoa has been working with renowned quarterback John Beck and the work is apparently paying off. In our most recent half-point PPR industry mock draft, Heath Cummings grabbed Tua as his QB1 with a 10th-round pick at 120 overall. |

| When it comes to Dolphins running backs, it's becoming apparent that De'Von Achane is in line for more work. Entering Year 2 of his career, he'll get a chance to line up in more spots which means he'll have opportunity to line up on the field at the same time as Raheem Mostert. The more snaps he gets and the more places he's capable of lining up, the more he'll get the ball. Achane was taken in Round 4 at pick No. 39 in the half-point PPR industry mock, but don't be shocked if he comes off the board much earlier in your next draft. |

| Bills wide receiver Khalil Shakir has been a trendy sleeper/breakout pick, and rightfully so. With Stefon Diggs being traded to the Houston Texans and Gabe Davis leaving for Jacksonville in free agency, there will be a ton of vacant targets left behind. While the Bills' second-round draft pick Keon Coleman figures to receive a great deal of the leftover targets, Shakir will likely earn his fair share as well. Shakir is a nuanced route runner and is consistently where he needs to be when he needs to be there. He knows how to settle in zones and is very slippery after the catch. In our industry mock draft, Shakir was selected No. 116 overall in Round 10. Dan predicts he'll be a popular breakout pick. |
