A Message From the Editor

If it seems like big verdicts have been on the rise lately in Philadelphia that's probably because they are. Our first story today takes a deep dive into the latest statistics showing there's been a significant uptick in verdicts over $1 million. Also, some personal injury firms are hoping a co-managing partner model will pay dividends when it comes to the longevity of the firm, and we look into why some attorneys aren't happy with the emerging new normal.
