Issue No. 1353: January 31, 2023

Well, we did it—we made it to the end of January! But it’s FREEZING out there … hope you're staying warm. To help in that department, I’m excited to share some fun home-cooking projects, including grilled fish from one of my favorite pitmasters, truly stunning charcuterie arrangements, and a few recipes that will use up that open bottle of red wine. If you’d prefer to drink your wine than cook with it, don’t miss my three new delightful H-E-B picks.

I hope you find a recipe or pour that speaks to your taste!
