An Expert Review | Alfred Gerke is a long-time Lomographer and black and white expert. He tested our new Fantôme Kino B&W ISO 8 Film in his Nikon F5 with an AF Nikkor 50 mm lens. Check out his super rich portraits and razor sharp still lifes - all shot within his own living room which he converted into a photo studio - now that’s impressive. Seeking the Truth | Jacobs Chung’s instagram is awash with beautiful black and white’s; think windswept beach scenes, moody monochrome musings and fashion amidst the flowers. Chung was initially apprehensive about Fantôme Kino’s low ISO but persevered to create some gorgeous greyscales exploring the notion of ‘True Self’. His mysterious masked figures dance between the flickers of bright white and tar black shadows in these high-contrast frames. Find out what he did to get such ravishing results. |
