Huge expansion: An $18 billion expansion is coming to one of the largest liquified natural gas terminals in Louisiana. The expansion will make the Plaquemines Parish facility the largest in North America, and Trump administration officials were on hand to tout the announcement, Josie Abugov reports.

Arrest made in student’s death: An arrest has been made in connection with the death of a Southern University student from the New Orleans area and more could be on the way. Caleb Wilson, 20, died after an alleged fraternity hazing incident. A second line was held for him in New Orleans last night.
