Freezing Cherries - Page recently updated. My husband is a big fan of freezing cherries. He and my sons eat them like popsicles. I like them too, and the plus is…they are much better for you than popsicles. Freezing is so easy too.

Freezing Raspberries - Page recently updated. Red raspberries are fragile berries, and although I have not tried it, others say they don’t hold up well to canning.

Cherry Jam - Speaking of cherries, a year or two back, we found a great source for pick your own cherries. We picked a lot! Really, a lot. This sweet cherry jam recipe is one of the results. It turned out fantastic!
