Speaking to students at Benjamin Banneker Academic High School in Washington, D.C., President Obama gave an impression of his daughters Sasha and Malia texting that only a dad could pull off before explaining how kids communicated in his day: “We had to send little notes. And then we used to actually have to go up to somebody if we liked them and talk to them.”
