  Both leaders are in Singapore for their historic meeting to strike a deal over North Korea’s nuclear weapons. Ahead of the meeting, Trump and aides said they do not expect the summit to generate a comprehensive nuclear deal; they instead look to set up a process to negotiate an agreement in which the reclusive nation would give up its nuclear weapons in exchange for economic assistance from the United States and other countries.
