We've learned what the pathway to exiting lockdown will look like nationally, how our young people's exams will be marked in 2021 and we've hit the remarkable milestone of two million people vaccinated in the North West. The latest is Preston City Council where the much-admired Preston Model of doing things was under debate, with the hot topic the funding of a community wealth manager on staff to bring more money in. There is plenty more on the news agenda, including great news that Mowgli restaurant - which withdrew plans to come to Preston - may be reconsidering.
