Securing U.S. elections. Critical flaws in the Electoral Count Act of 1887 (ECA) were on full display in the attempted overthrow of the 2020 election results. In testimony before the U.S. Senate Committee on Rules and Administration, Norman Eisen argued that reforming the ECA will be essential to prevent a repeat of the chaos seen on January 6, 2021.
