Pro cheerleader files discrimination complaint with EEOC

An NFL cheerleader who was fired over a post on her private Instagram account has filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, claiming the league's code of conduct for cheerleaders is discriminatory. Bailey Davis says the league places stricter limits on cheerleaders than it does on players, such as requiring cheerleaders to leave restaurants or parties if players from any professional team appear.
