Project near River Ranch to nearly 150 townhomes

A portion of a large tract of land that was sold along Camellia Boulevard near River Ranch will be the site of nearly 150 townhomes.

The property, which is in the middle of what may be the fastest-developing area of Lafayette, sold last week for $4 million to an LLC registered to Dantin Bruce Development of Baton Rouge, land records show.
