PE to fund high-yield property investments in 2020

In this week’s newsletter, Emily Perryman looks at new research from Cushman & Wakefield which suggests that private equity will be the main source of capital for high-yield investments next year and that non-central business district office assets will top of PE investors’ shopping lists.
