Scot property! Edinburgh offices have stellar year

This week, EMily Perryman looks at new research from independent real esate consultancy Knight Frank showing that the Edinburgh office market ahd a stellar year in 2019, despite the political and macro-economic challenges facing the sector.

We also look at anoither report from Union Investment which highlghts how German second tier cities are attracting strong interest from European real estate investors.

Edinburgh offices defy political uncertainty as deals soar 70 per cent

Edinburgh offices had a stellar year in 2019 despite the political and macro-economic challenges facing the sector, research from Knight Frank shows. Figures from the independent real estate consultancy reveal GBP284 million worth of deals were concluded last year, representing a 70.4 per cent increase on 2018.
