Oracle President Thomas Kurian resigns from the software and technology giant, according to an SEC filing. Kurian allegedly disagreed with Oracle founder Larry Ellison's cloud strategy for the company.


Hilltop Consultants, a Top 100 Vertical Market MSP in the legal services sector, acquires LANsultants -- which also focuses on the legal vertical. The deal is part of Hilltop Consultants' larger plan to build the country’s best legal MSP, President Jim Turner says.
