Innovation and Inspiration Doesn't Require IRL Connect with each other. Connect with us. PTW Virtual starts this week. This week we officially kick off PTW Virtual as part of our reimagined 10th annual Philly Tech Week Presented by Comcast. With the pandemic driving a seismic shift for all of us, keeping our community connected has become more important than ever before. PTW Virtual will consist of a series of online events that will run from May through September, starting with Introduced|Virtual this Thursday, May 7. Our goal with PTW Virtual is to keep us all connected, informed, engaged and inspired. We'll be partnering with locally and regionally-impactful organizations, knowledge leaders, and change makers to bring you the kind of content at the heart of Philly Tech Week: insightful, valuable and actionable. | So what does PTW Virtual look like? Idea exchanges, fireside chats, deeper conversations and more will make up PTW Virtual. Events will be structured to align with the week's original tracks: MedTech Arts Gaming Impact Software Startup Professional Development |
Not able to make Introduced|Virtual this Thursday? Introduced|Virtual starts at 8:30 am EST this Thursday, May 7. Don't worry if you can't make it. We'll be posting a recap after and we'll have plenty of future events you can join. Other ways to stay connected Upcoming PTW events Over the coming weeks we'll share about upcoming sessions. If you don't check your email often, follow us on social as we'll be posting updates there too. Align your business with "the week" Interested in connecting with our community? Have knowledge and best practices to share? Explore sponsorship opportunities or contact events@technicallymedia.com with your interests and ideas. Other virtual events We have also launched a virtual series inspired by our popular "This Week in Jobs". Check out our new TWIJ Show, where our first episode tackled the messy but necessary task of how to message your team during a time of crisis. We've been asked about ways you can help Many of you have kindly reached out to ask if there are ways to help. Our organization is strong and we are working as hard as ever to serve our community. At the same time, the pandemic and subsequent economic impact are presenting significant challenges. If you believe in what we do and are looking for ways to provide support, consider a contribution to our Journalism Fund. Even if you're unable to at this time, please share with friends and businesses who may be in a position to. We look forward to keeping the momentum going with you, and hope to see you soon at our next event! Stay safe, friends, The Philly Tech Week organizers alongside the Technical.ly team |
