Harimanna, German for warrior maiden, is our refreshing spin on a historic style. It pours slightly hazy and has a pale, golden color with an off-white head that dissipates quickly.
The beer’s light body allows the refreshingly tart flavor to shine but still allows a slight sweet and bready malt profile to give some balance. The first sip will impale you with a sharp sour flavor but will give way to a creamy mouthfeel filled with complex characteristics of lemon and citrus fruit.
Harimanna finishes slightly dry and leaves a bright, lingering sensation of sour and lemon that will keep you coming back for more.
