Construction Watch The Wichita Eagle Voters in the Andover school district approved two bond issues that will pump more than $188 million worth of projects, including building two schools, adding storm shelters to existing schools and more. Read more>> The Herald-Sun The North Carolina county's taxpayers could take on $255.3 million in debt, largely for school construction and renovation projects, over the next five years. The county could spend over half of its capital budget on school construction, including $79.9 million in voter-approved bond money.
