PunchTown's panel construction provides excellent range of motion at the shoulder and elbow. Their underarm panel "dips" into the sleeve panel, which allows you to bend your elbow with no resistance at all. Standard compression fit throughout the body but tighter along the forearms, given those muscles' greater need for compression/support when grappling. The sleeves are just a tad shorter than normal long sleeve rashies, so the cuffs don't interfere with your grips, your opponent's grips, or poking out from under your Gi.
