Good morning! Today we our interview with SAP’s Global CMO Alicia Tillman. We spoke to Alicia about the importance of customer experience, the changing role of the CMO and how to win back the trust of the customers. We also have a story by Cheryl Guzman Ng, Global Head of Marketing at ViSenze, who says 2020 will be the year of the consumer. She says the most successful brands today, are those that are looking at the customer journey more holistically as it’s been proven that in-store and digital shopping experiences are no longer mutually exclusive of each other in the eyes of the consumer. Also ICYMI: Adjust has become the first mobile measurement partner in Unity Technologies’ Verified Solutions Partner Program. The partnership will enable developers who publish their games on Unity to integrate Adjust’s SDK. Triton Digital, the global technology and services leader to the digital audio and podcast industry, announced the inclusion of Triton’s marketplace in the Rubicon Project’s exchange. Mohawk Group Holdings, Inc. the tech-enabled, consumer product company, announced that it has launched its proprietary AIMEE software platform on Microsoft’s AppSource Business Applications Marketplace. BlackBerry announced it has teamed up with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to demonstrate a connected vehicle software platform for in-vehicle applications that combines the safety and security of BlackBerry’s QNX real-time operating system with AWS’ IoT Services in the cloud and in the car. ParTech (PAR), a leading global provider of POS software and integrated technical solutions to the restaurant and retail industries and wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation, added Agilence’s data analytics and reporting platform to its Brink integration ecosystem. Aiqudo, a voice technology pioneer, announced ahead of CES 2020 a partnership with premium electric vehicle manufacturer BYTON, bringing the power of Aiqudo’s Voice AI platform to BYTON cars. |
