Once again, my introductory comments have grown into a full-length post. It's the next item down: “Challenging Catalyst: Breakthrough Opportunity?”

In the post, I mention that Maeikisala and I will be moving this month. Thanks to my beloved's indefatigable searching, we found a lovely new rental home in central Asheville. The house is larger, and Maeikisala is excited to be able to garden in the ground again. We're looking forward to the move!

I’m always eager to increase the amount of love and light in my consciousness. To assist me in this process, my higher self sets up one situation after another to trigger my remaining shadow material. The more old emotional wounds I clear, the brighter my inner light shines through!

I’m able to pass some of these tests with a smile, serenely unruffled. Nice try, dark side, but you didn’t upset me that time! But other events are like guided missiles, precisely hitting my buried wounds and bringing up challenging emotions to be processed.

Lately, as Maeikisala and I have been packing in preparation for a December move to our wonderful new rental home, it seems like I’m experiencing a major trigger every day! I’m getting plenty of practice at dealing with feelings such as frustration and impatience.

I can feel it when this unpleasant energy gets stirred up. There’s a sense of thickness and heaviness, accompanied by tension or stagnation in my body. Time for another round of clearing at the mesa!
