Questions about lids & moisture in canning jars 😀

On SimplyCanning, I’ve received lots of (excellent) questions about home canning, so we’re answering several more in this email!

First, what happens when you’re taking your jars out of the canner and they start popping immediately? What do you do? What does that popping sound when canning mean? Learn about why your jar lids are popping here.
