As New York Fashion Week comes to a close, Robb Report takes a peek at Khalily Stables, the sprawling horse farm in the Hamptons where American designer Ralph Lauren presented his spring 2025 collections along with some of his vast vintage car collection. Now available for $15.3 million, models walked among the manicured grounds of the 19-acre equestrian spread in Bridgehampton, which includes a couple of state-of-the-art barns with more than two dozen stalls, an indoor riding arena, and a pair of grand-prix grass riding fields. And in North Carolina, a glass-walled contemporary home on 2.5 acres is set against a mesmerizing panorama of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Opening to a huge terrace and an infinity pool, the six-bedroom home has numerous up-to-date technologies, including a geothermal heating and cooling system and an array of solar panels.
