About two years ago, Rams quarterback Matt Stafford paid superstar rapper Drake a combined $11 million for a pair of side-by-side estates with sprawling 1950s-era ranch-style homes in L.A.’s guard-gated Hidden Hills enclave. The 2022 Super Bowl champion, who signed with the Rams on a four-year deal worth $160 million, now has one of those homes back on the market with a price tag of $5.7 million. The 1.6-acre property has a four-bedroom residence complemented by a heated pool and pool house, a barbecue area with a pizza oven, and an 800-square-foot guesthouse. And a bit south, in L.A.’s tony Palos Verdes Estates neighborhood, a stately home by noted architect Gerard Colcord has come to market at $16.9 million. The elegantly appointed French Country home has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms with sweeping views of the coastline that extend all the way to Malibu.
