Democrats securing the majority in the U.S. Senate earlier this month bolstered these hopes, and this week, CBT highlighted what the industry might be able to expect from four of Biden's Cabinet picks. While the federal rescheduling or legalization of cannabis may still be slow-going, all eyes are certainly on Washington as the nation ushers in new leadership.
