CARRIED AWAY: Keyonne Brooks traveled to New Orleans for a funeral and was flying home to Los Angeles when he accidentally left his carry-on bag at Louis Armstrong International Airport. He reported it lost, and then he filed a public records request for the video surveillance recordings from his departure gate.
