In this session, participants will learn how to leverage every conversation into a coaching opportunity and obtain tips for creating an environment of trust and accountability.

 

Coagulopathy: A Multidisciplinary Concern, Documentation Challenge, and Coding Complexity

During this session, participants will obtain a basic understanding of pathways and various documentation patterns to help facilitate proper diagnosis capture, coding, and query generation.

 
 

Sepsis Coding and Documentation Perspectives

Attendees will delve into the coding and documentation nuances of sepsis, examine applicable Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting and Coding Clinic guidance, and appreciate how present on admission indicators affect patient safety data.
