| Ready, set, match! | | Have you already secured your ticket for ITB Berlin 2025? Then you should create your profile for ITB Match & Meet in the next step to find your suitable business contacts!
How does that work? We explain it to you step by step.
Here are 4 steps on how to set up your personal ITB Match & Meet profile.
| Step 1: Access Match & Meet With your ITB Berlin ticket you will receive your personal deep link to the ITB Match & Meet function by e-mail (no need to log in again). Your business e-mail and your basic details from the ticket registration are automatically transferred directly to your personal profile by clicking on the personal link in your ticket purchase e-mail. You will receive notifications about contact and appointment requests directly in your inbox.
Step 2: Set up your profile Complete your profile in the ITB Match & Meet tool by selectng your personal areas of business and interests. The more precisely your profile is maintained, the more accurate your personal matching suggestions with other participants will be.
|
Step 3: Start the matchmaking A smart matching scale identifies at a glance which participant has the most matching interests with your details. Our tip: It pays to visit the ITB Match & Meet platform regularly and keep your personal profile up to date, as visitors and exhibitors create their profiles successively after purchasing their tickets. Your matching scale is thus updated regularly and automatically.
Step 4: Arrange appointments As soon as a suitable attendee match is suggested to you, you can decide for yourself whether you want to add this person to your contacts with a personalized message or hide the person. If the requested attendee has accepted your contact request, you can then use the chat function to exchange information or request an appointment for ITB Berlin 2025 using the online calendar function.
|
| Our additional tips: | 1. Block appointments: You can block times in your time schedule when you do not wish to receive appointment requests by other participants.
2. Double spam protection: You can only receive appointment requests from participants after you have agreed to network. If you decide to âignore a contactâ, they will not be able to send you any further requests. At this point, the contact will only be informed that their request has not yet been answered.
3. Efficient preparation and follow-up: Export your appointments to your personal Outlook calendar in preparation for ITB Berlin 2025 and download your matched contacts bundled as an Excel list for efficient follow-up to ITB Berlin after your participation in the trade show.
HAPPY MATCHING!
