The Melbourne Rebels Super Rugby Women's Team have confirmed their side for Saturday's final trial against the Queensland Reds. In a day hosted at the local Geelong Rugby Union Club, it will be an afternoon of fun for families out in our community. A day full of community activities for all ages is set to take place beforehand at Geelong, brought to the local club grounds by Community Partner The Transport Accident Comission (TAC). With a Youth Girls Sevens tournament starting off the day at 12pm, grassroots rugby fans will be able to catch a glimpse of the future of Victorian Women's Rugby. Followed by a Kid's Rugby Clinic open to all from 3pm, before the Melbourne Rebels Super Rugby Women's side face the Queensland Reds in their second trial match.
The Rebels will be bringing their fast and fearless style of rugby to their Friday night clash with the Queensland Reds at AAMI Park for Round 4 of Super Rugby Pacific. Make sure you get down early for our pre game hype-up just before kick off and see both teams warm up as they prepare for what will be one of the biggest games of the season.
