REDBLACKS add 8 prospects in 2020 CFL draft

Hey John!

 

It was a historic draft day in the Nations Capital as teams around the League had to pivot their usual scouting and draft process due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite that and members of the football operations staff having to conduct the draft remotely from their homes, we are pleased to have eight new players joining our organization:

  • Round 1, 6th overall   | Adam Auclair, DB, Laval
  • Round 2, 10th overall | Michael Hoecht, DL, Brown
  • Round 2, 19th overall | Dan Basambombo, LB, Laval
  • Round 4, 29th overall | Jakub Szott, OL, McMaster
  • Round 5, 38th overall | Terrance Abrahams-Webster, DB, Calgary
  • Round 6, 47th overall | Brad Cowan, LB, Wilfrid Laurier
  • Round 7, 56th overall | Reshaan Davis, DE, Ottawa
  • Round 8, 65th overall | Ketel Asse, OL, Laval
