This is my mother's recipe for a super scrumptious fried chicken laced with garlic and ginger. They are super crispy on the outside, and so tender and juicy on the inside. We call this pure comfort food!

I threw this together for a quick summer salad this week. My husband loved it so much that he said he would eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Quinoa is so versatile and a great substitute for pasta or rice.

In this sweet tea, the lemon has been infused and is very refreshing. I attach my three tea bags to the side of the pot with a large black paper holder and put it on the handle of the pot. When the water begins to boil I just place the tea bags in the boiling water. After the pot has been emptied is easy to remove the tea bags from the pot.
