Rock Hudson’s Beverly Hills home, the site of his 1985 death, recently traded billionaire hands. Long owned by the late Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, the palatial hilltop complex was sold for $45 million to Randall Van Wolfswinkel, a billionaire Texas real estate developer. The estate includes five separate structures totaling nearly 25,000 square feet, including a security office and a recording studio.
